Ten days of fishing from a pontoon boat. The crappie have spawned but are still catchable. It takes about a .5 hr to limit once you have found them. The bass spawn is mostly over and I caught all my bass at 10-20 ft. A whisky colored football head jig with an EWG hook. I used a whiskey colored plastic craw as the trailer. A 18 lb. avg for the days I bass fished. I walleye fished for 2 days around the 13mm of the Osage with only 3 keepers. Enough small fish to keep me interested but few keepers. Largest was about 5 lbs.

so glad to hear you are getting out on the water.  and, even better that you are getting your fishing rod bent.  sounds like the catching is a lot better there than here.  the bass are very scattered here right now.  the water had a very fast 2 ft. rise, and then they have been sucking it down.  plus, they have been running water through from beaver, so, there has been a constant current running through the lake.

water conditions are going to have to stabilize for fishing to get better.  poor bull shoals is being flooded again.
