I assume you must have a partner to fish this tournament? Your rules say 2 fish allowed over 18'' when the regulations only allow for 1 fish per person over 18''. What about Largemouth, can they be weighted in? Seems difficult to have a competitive tournament out there when there is no culling and the majority of your fish have to be under 18''.
