Met Ike at the fishing expo in Suffern, NY a couple weeks back and he was genuinely a great guy and taught a pretty sweet seminar as well.

So I dont hijack your thread you just gave me an idea for a topic while I'm waiting for the freakin sun to shine again up here in the Northeast.

Cool stuff. I've never heard Ike being anything but extraordinarily generous with his time for his fans.

I've been to 3 Bass University's with him, and every time I come away with more respect for the guy, he is great with a crowd and shares what he knows as well as anyone.

Not so sure about his boat driving last week on the Sabine!!
