Any help in fishing reports or advice for Des Allemands would be appreciated. It is located in Southeast Louisiana, a little below New Orleans.

Here is a little info I found about it at boatingamerica.com/states/louisiana/louisian.htm and this is what it said .Lake Lac Des Allemends.    Located in the south-central part of the state about 4 miles north of the town, Des Allemands.  It is approximately 16,800 acres in size and is 5.5 miles wide and 6.5 miles long. There are no direct accesses to the lake.  It has to be accessed from the south at Des Allemends, and Kramer.

Wow Dawg you had to do some diggin to find that. Sure glad you cleared that up though it was buggin me. I figured it was in the French part of Canada.

If you fished there today, you had a very hard day............We fished out of Bayou Black today in Gibson, la. just west of Des Allemands and it was tough fishing..... :'(  29-32 degree's at blast off, winds most of the day 20-30 mph and very rough water, we had to run the Intercoastal canal water then cross the bay water and it was 2-3 chops and swells..... very tough day,,,, high pressure, blue bird day,,,,,,,,,,,

Good luck & tight lines,
