Powell 703 Glass rod

I own almost all Powell Rods. I love them. I don't have a 703 but I do have the glass Spook-Trap rod. I use it almost every time I am out. It os light enough IMO and is sensitive enough to feel what you need. Glass is heavier than other rods but it is not heavy or overbearing. I was not used to glass at first but what I liked with it being my crank rod is that I rarely rip the hook out. I don't think you will be disappointed at all. The other nice thing is that they are not real expensive.  I will be adding the 703 after Christmas.
