Dbrunner- He is the gentleman shown on the DNR link with the fishing report from Rocky Gorge. He is a fisherman who was consistently catching citation size bass from Rocky Gorge when the Fishing in Maryland publication  had a yearly contest. It still looks like he knows where to catch the big bass in the WSSC reservoirs along with some nice Northern Pike.
