set up question

i have a 1993 Champion 184 with a 150 xr4. what would be the max size jackplate i should install? has a 24p renegade 4 blade now, was told by the guy in longview prop shop to go with a 25p Turbo and i should gain close to 5-6 mph with the prop alone. it runs 53 gps now, do you guys think its possible to achieve 62-63  without getting headwork done on the motor. right now it has close to 20 lbs water pressure trimmed all the way up to the trim stop. thanks in advance...

6 " rapid jack set 3.5 prop shaft to pad for starters 3.25 is about as high as you want to go.  23 Pitch tempest for the prop and you might see 60ish.
