HDS-5 Gen 2

I have just bought a new HDS-5 Gen 2 from BPS and I may have it here sometime next week.

I already have the Gen 1 HDS-8 and structure scan and I will of course connect the 5 into the same system. My question is, does the HDS-5 come with an ethernet cable (yellow plugs) in the box  to connect to the structure scan, or do I need to buy the ethernet cable seperately?

You will need to purchase the second Ethernet cable.  It does not come with any HDS unit.  One Ethernet cable is provided with StructureScan.
