Thinking about going to Caddo soon.

Been a while since I've been the water. I want to go to Caddo soon. Any reports on the bass would be appreciated. I'm guessing to fish isolated structure from 3-8ft. Thinking about flipping a 1/2oz black and blue football head, grn pumpk. shakey head, rattle traps, brushhogs and craws, and shallow diving cranks. Any tips would be appreciated. Areas too.

Maybe even a 4.5 in. shad patterned swimbait?

Not to many have ventured out there because the extremely low water. Lots of hazards in the boat lanes. Have to idle almost everywhere. Lots of rain over the hoidays though, so should be coming up slowly. I know Cypress and BBB are coming up. BBB really surprised me.

Thanks!! I might just go to Bistineau. I know some areas that usually do well this time of the year  . The water is back up on Bistineau too I heard. Thanks again.

Its not AS BAD as it was a few weeks ago.  I posted an update on the 22nd.  We put in at Kool Point and fished into jeems.  Water clarity was clear as bath water and fish were spread out everywhere.  It had just rained and they were not bunched together at all.  Never caught multiple fish off of common structure not too sure why but the bite was saparatic.  Most and largest caught on Blk/Blu beaver in 4-5 ft.  Colorado spinnerbait caught a few as well.  If you want top have some fun we caught 50 perch near johnson's ranch last week.  Thats as good as a tip as i can give on that one! lol  Pink head chartreuse jig.
