Launched at public launch with no problems today and they are pumping too. Should be plenty of water come the 31st if some of y'all would rather fish cross.

So spoiled We have it so good here many either forget or just don't understand.

Several places I've lived the closest lake was a 1 hour and 45 minute drive. And you complain about 45 minutes

well the $3.00 a gallon for gas has my comfort zone limited a bit, but hey your right cross is like 5 miles from where I live!

Holy Cow!  I wish I could be fishing inside a 45min drive.   

Cork is right yall are spoiled. It is a minimum of 70 miles to decent water from here.   Hell I drive over there to fish and it is a damn sight farther than 45min.

Man, I was way off on that one.  Wasn't even paying attention to the haughton exit being closer!
Also far from scared John. Last time I was there I seem to remember leaving with a pocket full of cash.  I just like Cross better because it's a lot closer to me.
