You will love the fortrex TM, have it on my 2011 ZX 190/yam 175. Did 2012 change much from 2011.

I concur with oldjim on that Fortrex trolling motor I have one on my Stratos 285 PRO XL.

Love the fortrex....have one on my Champion as well.

2012 models mount the HDS 5 on the console in the middle above the steering wheel...great place IMO rather than on the side like the 2011. It also has a very cool weigh bag pump hose that pulls out on the top in the back to make it easier to fill our weigh bag without bending over or making a mess (i haven't figured out how it works yet though

).

Console design is different with some cool stickers on the windshields.

in your livewell the spray nozzel (it's red on mine) needs to be pulled out (gently) you'll feel click kinda. I believe it's the one on the same side as the hose. It's like you are going to pump out your livewells (then you would pull them both out). You can go here http://www.flow-rite.com/marine/product-info/aerators and go down to the livewell pump out there is a video that shows you how to do it.

I forgot one important part, well two actually. Live wells need to be set to Open and then you turn on your "fill" on the counsel it should pump to the hose then. sorry for the delay. Hope you get it figured out. if not IM me and Ill try to help you thru it.
