Hi,

I just moved to Korea for school and have been having a little trouble figuring out where to go to fish and who to meet.
I do speak the language and I'm looking for tackle shops to look for more information.  So far I'm aware that you don't need a license or anything to go fishing, which is pretty interesting.
Because of school I probably won't be able to go very far, and I heard the closest place from here is the Han River but I'd also like to go to places where the fish are edible/clean to catch some for family.
If there is anyone in the Seoul/Incheon/Isu Station area that would be great too.

Thanks in advance!

I don't live near the Seoul area so I don't fish there, but like all of Korea there are bass in just about every body of water. Just get out there and wet a line  ~cf

Being able to speak the Korean language will be a big help to you!!
