Is this a BASS sanctioned event  or is it open to any other anglers wishing to help out the kids??

This is an OPEN adult/youth tournament. Any team consisting of one adult and one youth are certainly free to participate. It is great fun and there are numerous awards/giveaways afterwards, along with a great cookout!
