For me a great way to keep my CB hooks from tangling together and pulling out 7-8 plugs all hooked together, I just use a bread tie to wrap the hooks together. It is simple, free, very plentiful and less room taken up than with hook bonnets   and everybody gets stuff with these bread ties on them.

Turn the plug up-side-down, bring the hooks toward the middle of the plugs belly and just wrap the end of the tie around one of the treble hooks and wrap some of the wire around one of the other treble hooks and snip off the excess. No more dangling hooks and very very few tangled plugs. It's also a lot safer and easier to tie on the line when the hooks aren't dangling free. Once it's tied on the line just remove the bread tie and put it up until needed.
