my latest baits

haven't posted for some time. been modifying the way i do the fins on the baits. have been doing the baits using fibetts for some time and finally tried carving them instead. originally i had thought that the solid fins would offer too much resistance to the swimming action so i never tried it. have done about a dozen different sizes and shapes now with good success .  all have good swimming action and easier to store.
here's some samples.

crappie. 5 1/2", 2.1 oz.



shiner. 6 1/2", 2.5 oz.



trout. 6", 2.3 oz.



baby bluegill. 4", 1 1/2 oz.
