Lake George Advice in June?

Looking for any advice on catching smallies in Lake George around mid-june. A group of us are bringing some kids up and want to get them on some fast action if possible. Gonna have about 10 boats in the Silver bay area between June 15th and 19th.

Any advice on bait selections, locations, patterns, etc would be appreciated. i understand water temps are around 50 now in lower end??
