Texposing Plastic Baits

I picked this up off the In-Fisherman TV show a while back it might help some of the guys who are new to worm fishing and maybe some of us older ones who ain't too sharp.  :)

Put the hook next to the bait, put your thumbnail next to the bend in the hook and on the bait then run the point of the hook straight through next to your thumbnail and skinhook it. It will be perfectly straight every time.
I don't mind not knowing all the answers, but I keep forgeting the danged questions.

I've seen a lot of guys on the water fishing with a worm and, it almost looked like they were using a wacky-rig because, their worm was so bent.  Maybe some of them will read your post.  It is an excellent explanation of how simple it is to correctly t-rig a plastic bait.
Retired after 34 yrs. with Jacksonville P.D.  Now I have time to hunt and fish!
