OK so here is what I've got so far...
The bag limit and slot on Orange is this:
"all fish between 15 and 24 inches must be released, 3 fish daily bag limit), only one fish may be over 24 inches in total length, effective in mid-February 2011"

And the exemption for bass tournaments asys this:
"What This Permit Allows:
1.An exemption to bass size limits, when the requirements and conditions of the permit are met.
What This Permit Does NOT Allow:
1.Fishing with out a Freshwater Fishing License unless you are exempt by law from needing one.
2.Exceeding the daily bag limit.
3.Culling dead fish. All dead fish are a part of your bag and must be part of the weigh-in.
4.Keeping any of the fish after the weigh-in"

I have several emails and callsl out asking if this applies to Orange but no replies yet. Looks like three is the limit until I hear otherwise. ~rant

Tournament participants may not possess or weigh-in more then the total daily bag limit for black bass, regardless of the number of weigh-ins.
Unfortunately, you will only be allowed to weigh in three fish, since that is the bag limit.
Thank you,
