We had an issue for a couple minutes. The Server had our Bandwidth setting wrong. It was set a little low for the traffic the site gets and is calculated on a monthly basis. Anyway per the old settings we had exceeded our alloted bandwidth, but it is fixed now and won't have any issues in the future. Thank you for you patients on this one.

Most folks probably didn't see it happen but for those of you that did I apologize and you won't see it again. Laurie go the server all straightened out  ~xyz

They have been pretty good actually, and they better it costs quite a bit for the plan we are on and we shouldn't have to deal with issues like that. The good thing is that the are always there to fix problems, Mother Nature just doesn't like dealing with issues ~rant

Well it was a really little one. Since we have only been on the new server les than two months there are still a few settings left over from the old server that we find from time to time and this just happened to be one of them. We got is all worked out and we are good to go... Even though we have a huge amount of bandwidth for our new server only a small portion was allocated to this site since we do have several others that we host.

I sent in my emergancy call for help and it took about 30 seconds for the guys to take care of it and let me know that things we ok. I call that pretty fast customer service if you ask me.....
