We have seen all the screenshots of big trees, buses, bridges etc.  And as amazing as they all are, in this thread I would like to concentrate on actual fish.

Here are some of my screenshots where I have used DownScan to find and then catch bass.

1. I found a fish sitting on top of a hump in 25ft of water and took a waypoint (075) but continued on my heading to a tree that I have caught fish on before.  When I passed over it I spotted a single fish sitting tight to one of the branches suspended at 23ft.  On my first count-down drop with a lightly weighted finesse worm I was rewarded with a 3lb fish.

I would never have known that fish was there if I was using conventional sonar only, never mind what exact depth.

You have good eyes, Fishton. I don't know that I would have picked that one up.

In this screen shot, did you pass directly over the tree?

Just trying to better understand what I am seeing, my guess would be that you did and this was the only tree in range of the sonar.

Pretty sure he did Mike, on the side scan the tree limbs are on both sides of the boat.
