boat carpet replacement in Louisiana

anyone know of a good place to get your boats carpet replaced? I have the carpet just not the time to do it....I'd really like them to be in the shreveport/natchitoches/alexandria area if possible.

Chris, there is a guy up here just north of Shreveport that does that kind of stuff. He is related to the Moore's that own Pro-Gator. It's in the book, it's: Moore's Boat & fiberglass Repair,   318-965-9996.  Tell them I sent you (He won't know who the heck I am)..heheh....Dave

Well, the basic materials you'll need are marine grade plywood, fiberglass sheets and resin. Or maybe you can search through the forums and look for posts related to carpet replacement. There's a lot of info and threads that will answer question.

Call Leroy at the Pro Gator Plant and let them do it there and I promise you they will do it right! I bought a boat that had some repairs done and carpet done at the other place and I wouldn't dare take one back to them.  They used a cheap automotive clear coat over the repair that now looks like crap and the carpet was a very poor job as well.
