I get lucky every once in a while and run upon some massive schools of fish :)

Went out this for the swimbait bite a few weeks ago but they didn't want to come up so we had to go down for them.  It was a fire drill for about 2 hrs..  I'll let the pictures tell the story.  Highlight of the trip I lost a 5lb spot at the boat ;( sniff sniff.

Lets see who's smart (quiz).  What images show a fish being caught?  There are 3 images for sure.   Some you just can't tell but the 3 I chose are the obvious ones.   I'll number the pictures for references of questions and the quiz.  Be sure to tell me WHY you "think" there is a fish caught. I'll put up the answers in a few days.

hmmm...not sure...but this one is interesting...looks like a lure (spoon, swimbait?) was being vertically jigged/raised/lowered to depth of a fish...
a couple 'streaks' in there of what appear to be rapidly rising fish...or they're closing into the center of the sonar cone...

11 this image looks like a fish saw your bait and tracked it down...where you jigged it to entice a bite...

16  I'd guess this image is of a caught fish being brought up and surging back down?  Eventually, getting out of the 'ducer cone so we never see it coming all the way to the surface.

MIke, the photo of the nice spot you shared a while back...had a swimbait in it...it this also the bait you're working vertically?

Great Screen Shots from that Humminbird TMike! Look at the separation detail in each fish and how they chase that spoon! Was this with Humminbird Switchfire MaxMode?

Yup the exclusive Switchfire Max Mode :)

Ok Guys,  Here is the answers to the quiz.  The question stated which images are obvious that a fish was caught....

Here is the doctored up pics X marks the strike or thereabout then notice the fish comes out of sonar beam cone as it gets towards the surface ie it's fighting off to the side.  Keep in mind I'm not going to pull my bait up if I see fish on the sonar.......  So if you see my spoon going to the surface then a short gap showing no spoon (I'm unhooking the specimen) then the spoon falls back in the water to catch another.  Here are the for sure proven ones.

The answer is pic 13, 14, and 15.  Very possible on 18.  On pic 19 I remember very specifically when I took this shot.  As I was reeling in my spoon I saw a school of hybrids chasing me to the boat. So I dropped my spoon back down.  But no fish was caught on 19..  Now the explosion pics I caught fish but you can't see my spoon due to the well um explosion LOL.  I bet on pic  #9 It took me a while to unhook a fish then I finally get my spoon down to the fish.  You can tell alot from the images than you think :).  Let me know if you guys have any questions..
