Newbie Looking for Fishing Partner within an hour of Baltimore

I fished a pretty good bit as a kid and a little bit in college (I'm 24 now) but I have just recently gotten back into it. I am not super serious but I would like to learn and just be outside and catch a few fish. I've been doing some research and have gone out to Loch Raven and a couple other places. Would like to hang out some and fish with someone that knows the area. Mondays are best for me because I'm off work.
