Steve,

When I fish over on Fort Hood, this is the boat I use.

The fish and wildlife dept doesn't allow gas engines so I have to take the outboard off
and remove the portable gas tank.

I have a matching pro pole and butt seat for the rear deck also.  I just pop off the back seat and stick in the pro pole.

The cooler you see in between the seats is my livewell.  I went and bought the pumps,
hoses etc and wired it up, it has quick disconnects wire connectors.  The cooler can be removed from the boat also, which provides additional room when its removed.

I also have running lights, bilge pump and a horn installed.

I had the rod box custom-ed made at a welding shop.  Its 1/4 in. sheet metal box with a
locking lid.

I have 2 deep cycle batteries that provides the juice to everything.

Nice boat. I just bought one identical not modified with anything yet but a bare model of yours. I was wondering how stable yours is with two people on the pedastal seats. Me and my buddie both go over 200lbs. You have a really nice boat hope mine turns out that nice.

Thank you I enjoy fishing out of it.

I've not had any problems with it tipping while fishing out of it or running WOT.
I weigh 290 lbs and the guy that fishes with me pushes 210 or so.
I haven't had both of us stand on the front deck at the same time nor have both of us
been standing on the rear section at the same time either.

I have an additional stand and butt seat setup for the rear of the boat also.  If you look
close and the second picture you'll see (2) pestal stand mounts on the back seat.
One is centered and online with the front deck (balances) the boat out when standing up and fishing on the bench seat.

The other one is off set for when I run the outboard I can sit side ways and operate the outboard.

I have a plywood carpeted floor mounted in the bottom.  The front seat stand is anchored to the first set of cross ribs with 3/8 inch self taping bolts.  There are additional 3/8 inch self taping bolts securing the other two sides.  You'll need to be careful not to get to long of self tapping bolts.

Any other questions you might have reference the rigging send me a personal email.
I'll answer your questions the best I can.
