I need to get a new shifter for my 2001 911 CDC.  DOes anyone know where I can get one?  Trying to get one with out going to the dealer.  Thanks

Google is a wonderful thing! Try looking up "Nitro Boat Parts". Ebay would be another option.

Did yours physically break?

no, but it doesn't have a neutral lock like most do and thought i might be able to get one that does.  thanks

I think you could for the throttle that they use on center console boats. They look the same, call merc get the part number then look on ebay for the part cheaper. I just bought an alternator off ebay, for about 600 less than merc wanted. hope this helps.
