Anybody know where to get a cover for my 2001 TR21 at a reasonable price

What are you looking for?
The best one to my opinion is the Attwood, made for Triton. They run $600-$700 at the dealer but if you look around you can find some as low as $300-$350.

All the other covers just not as good.

I can check the company on my TR21 and let you know.  It is a heavy duty fitted cover which includes the motor cover in it.
