When it comes to peeling your banana that is.  Don't peel it from the stem end like I used to do.  Try the opposite end.

1. Hold the banana with the stem pointing downwards.
2. Pinch or push just at the tip (gently) to tear the skin (or use your nail).
3. Peel downwards towards the stem.

I'll give this tip a try at dinner time tonight, we have some banana's onboard here this week.
