Replacing power switch on Lowrance

Has anyone replaced the power switch themselves?

I am getting fed up with my bow unit.  Thepower switch is bad and it turns itself on, and not to metion it turns the  backlight on and off at  its own will.

   Can't be done Lowrance units are sealed and can only be opened by Lowrance. All units go back to them for service.
