Drag ?

Does it hurt anything to leave the drag tighten down on your reels  or do you need to loosen the drag after every trip ?

You definately should loosen your drags. If you leave them tight , over time your drag washers become permantly compressed and become less effective. Eventually the drag will become useless.

On higher end models this will take longer to happen but still will
