***HDS & Navionics Update***

trav, thats the one i am talking about. I have done the two updates since 5/15.

I did the latest update and bought the "new" card...there are better graphics on the new overlays that you will not get with a card that is not specifically for the HDS unit...I was pissed to find this out AFTER I bought the unit, but what's done is done...overall I am extremely satisfied with the unit, but Lowrance needs to get all their shizzle in one sock when it comes to customer service/support...luck of the draw when it comes to the service they provide...I did talk to Humminbird before I bought the HDS, and they were great with customer service...hmmm...maybe they should combine the companies and get the best of both worlds...nope, makes too much sense!
