He was doing Ok his Daughter was having trouble and he sent me a Pm this morning and said she was doing ok now but he seamed wore out. She needs our prayers for sure

A Kipawa prop! Nice! I actually need to replace one on my Motor Guide, freshly ground down today from hitting a stump somebody put a rock on. Of all things to do!

Sorry I missed out on the fun tonite...had to go eat at Red Lobster with my wife who was given some gift certificates for the place. What a treat. Came home full from an Admiral's platter, and find I won AGAIN.

I got to fish the Strike Works wood jig today again. Got at least 20 bites on it, but couldn't get a hookset good enough to get em to the boat. It happens. Waiting for the Gambler Ugly Otter won last week. wow! 3 times IN A ROW.

I have to add one more thing here - I thought this week's contest thread was very thought provoking and interesting. There are so many things we know as fishermen - so many things that come naturally to us. We can unknowingly assume that someone knows something when they do not.
There are so many things you can teach someone about our sport - even before getting on the water or long after leaving the water.
