Why you should sponsor me?

Growing up in Kansas my whole life I was born into a family of outdoorsmen, but I have choose fishing and that is all I do. At the age of 14 I started fishing tournaments with the Sandhill Junior Bassmasters which were paper tournaments fished off the bank which got me started in fishing bass tournaments. While with the Junior Bassmasters I made it to the National Tournament held on the Nanticoke River in Delaware. Unfortunately I never heard of the Nanticoke or even Tidal Rivers at the time, but in the end it turned out all right when I took 5th place home. After fishing with the Junior clubs I knew I needed to make a change and started fishing some BFL tournaments with a teacher I had. Making the jump to Pro/Am tournaments was pretty scary and the first year I only weighed in at 1 tournament where I placed 8th. Doing so poorly was one of the best things that happened by humbling me, and now I am better prepared with tackle and skills. The next year I started fishing with the Adult Sandhill Bassmasters in little tournaments which gave me experience more than anything else, and only 1 BFL tournament where I placed 16th. Now I am fishing the Kansas Bass Chapter Federation State Qualifiers, which is the long way to the Classic, and hopefully some ABA tournaments under the CAST program. I am blessed to live only 3 blocks from a little lake where I constantly learn and work on every single technique and trick in bass fishing until I have complete confidence in them all. In order to constantly do good I believe the best physical and mental conditions are a must and both I have. During my Junior and Senior year I participated in two subjects that have helped me more than anything for getting fishing sponsors, Debate and Forensics. From Debate I became comfortable talking in front of people and arguing for or against cases trying to persuade the judges why they need to vote for me, and only in a limited amount of time. Then from forensics I tried exempt where you have 30 minutes to make a speech about a randomly drawn question, although I was horrible I eventually learned to think quickly on my feet. This next year I am going to school for a major in Business Management/Marketing and a minor in Public Relations which can only help me in public speaking. For all my sponsors I will wear logos, place decals on my car, hand out magazines/business cards, talk about their product, and provide links to the website from the internet message boards I am active in. Working with the Sandhill Bassmasters I help with Kids Casting Programs at the fair and Boat Shows, Kids Fishing Derbies, Bass Banquets, and then I work at Boat Shows where thousands of fisherman will see me. I will only take sponsor deals with companies that I have confidence in their products. My number one priority is winning the tournament no matter which tackle it takes, and then my second priority is winning using my sponsor's products. Besides my fishing accomplishments I am 100% drug free, and I will have a good appearance. If you would like more information you can call my cell 620-278-6187 or e-mail me at .
