Whoops! The date is April 19th. If there are 50 boats the payout will be 50% of what is listed above.
I'd advise to get your entry in by the deadline of April 1st so that we can determine if we will reach our 50 boat minimum. We WILL NOT cash any checks that are sent in until April 1st. All entries will have the option of getting there check returned if you decide that you can not make it.

Hope to see you there!

Yes Darrin is correct, But if we get 200 boats the tournament will pay 20,000 to win. But if you don't send in your check we won't get the 50min. and the tournament will not be held.

Last year was our first year. We ran a ten tournament series all on interior lakes, it was quite a successful venture, so we are expanding to the river this year. 5 tournaments on the river and 5 on the lakes, these are two separate series, the top 5 in each series will get a free entry into the classic that will be held on Okoboji.
You can check out Hawgz Bass Series for a lot more info.

Thanks,
Darrin

Nope not yet might be fishing something else on that date

basswillella

I can vouch for the Hawgz tournies. I did the series last year and it was a blast. I'm going to miss doing it again this year.

Crigger Craw

How Many boats have you guys got ???  Are you getting close to 100 yet??   That would be pretty crazy to fish for 10,000 for a one day tournament on the river.

HAWGZ.com

Guys, the decision has been made to hold this tournament regardless of boat count. As it stands right now we have 30 boats signed up and the payout for thirty boats will be $5000.00 1st. $2200.00 2nd. $1500.00 3rd. $1.000.00 4th. $500.00 5th. $300.00 6th. 100% payout $10,500.00 total.

Thanks,
Darrin

Is there going to be a Big Bass side pot and is that already part of the $350? Is the meeting on Saturday mandatory? Whats the boat count up to?
Thanks,

As we are playing for all the money100% the big bass pot can't be determined till tournament morning, As the total payoff. But yes the big bass pot is included in the entry fee. 39 boats to date entered.  Saturday meeting is not mandatory. If you have any questions you can also call me @ 515-297-2501 or e-mail me,    Director of the Hawgz bass tournaments.
