Mississippi River Pool 13 March 16th

Went out around 10am, water temp 48*. Caught a few near laydowns on a spinnerbait. Water temp reached 58* by 3pm. Going out again today for a bit after work.
The walleye are being caught below Bellvue dam but its still to muddy south of there. A couple more days and 14 should start to turn on  :)

That is where it happens at :-\  Never heard of a walleye being caught in bellevue before :-\

Its actually a cross Lip, I think they call them Carpaleyes  lo Looks like a carp with a walleyes mouth, taste like "Chicken"  lo
