I saw this out there and could not believe it. These things look great. Anyone tried this?

I've seen a bunch of people on TU do the photo-finish. Some of them turn out VERY cool. I hear it's somewhat simple to do also. (In a nutshell) They print out a picture of the fish they want to replicate, make sure it's sized right to fit the bait, glue it on, airbrush the back and underside to make it look seamless, and then epoxy. This one seems to be a photo all the way around the bait though. Looks great.

This one is a Blue Tilapia. I am impressed with good work, and this is good work.

Definitely one of the best I've seen. Especially on a triple-jointed bait like this TT Tru-Life Swimbait. I've never seen one with all the fins photo-finished too. The guy has mad skills whoever he is. ~c~

Looks like some of the work of Swimbait Inc.

it's not as easy as you might think. the biggest problem is making certain the bait is sealed 100% or water will find it's way in and the photo will turn white. this happened to a number of the baits i tried so i quit doing it. here's a pic of a trout i did early on before i started to just paint them.
