I'm pulling the boat up on Friday fishing on Sat and Sun. If any of you guys are at the lake let me know and maybe we can hook up for a cold one. I'll be at the parking lot camp sight with a white Ford dually with a camper. Thanks Stuart  ~bb

Won't be out there to visit, but good luck and catch a big one, they are definatley out there.  And don't forget to retie your jigs often, those rocks will eat your line up.

Bass fry here. Fished Margarita for 2 bass up to 3lbs and a dozen Crappie. Super nice after 9:00 am but first thing in the am the boat was frozen. I love that lake very scenic and lots of wildlife.  ~shade

Yep very scenic.  And one of my favorite lakes in this area.  I'm not much for the frozen boat syndrome myself, thinking of getting one of the personal propane heaters for this winter but not sure if they are safe in a boat?!?

Probably the best lake for scenery around (unless you count Naci in the summer time  ;D)  Lots of turkeys, deer, eagles, ospreys...  and I have pictures of a black bear swimming the no wake zone last fall.
