1998 PANTERA W/A MERCURY 200 144HRS GOOD COMPRESSION. BOATS IS IN EXCELLENT SHAPE. $10,500 I GUESS MY MAIN CONCERN IS, WITH PROPER CARE IS THIS A BOAT THAT I CAN EXPECT TO LAST ME ANOTHER 20 YEARS?

As far as the Engine, have it checked out by a good certified Merc tech, if it checks out, buy it, keep it serviced good, good oil in it and it should give you years of service.
