'96 Bullet Bass Boat

I am looking at a 1996 Bullet bot with '96 150 Suzuki. Has fair paint and gelcot, trailer needs a little work, but overall is in good working condition. Engine runs very well ad VERY strong. The only serious thing I have question about is three small holes in back of transom where a transducer or the like was once mounted. Can anyone tell me if the transom on that boat is wood, or all composite? I would suspect if composite there is no problem....if wood I have some concern about rot. Also if anyone can advise on how much a rig like this would cost. Guy asking 6000.
