Took leave today to settle some chores and got done early. What a nice day to fish minus the stupid wind. Got out in the early afternoon. Water temps in some areas were breaking 50, water clarity was pretty darn good.

Bass were pretty active and seemed pretty hungry. Caught 5 total, 4 in about a 30 minute span off rattle traps. They were really inhaling the traps and luckily I brought a good set of pliers. Most were caught in 4-6 ft of water near grass or on the edges of milfoil.
