Old reels

If you're like me you've got a few old reels hanging around that will never see action again.  I found a use for these a while back and just thought to post it.  Want to reverse that braid but it's raining outside?  Take two old but functional reels and wind it on one then back off onto the other...it's now reversed and you can spool it back onto your main reel.  I also find these useful for tightening up loose line.  I have a broken rod handle I put the reel on and wind my line onto it then set the drag and step on the reel and wind it back up with the spooling reels drag holding tension...
