Made my own Skirt tool.

Took and old nitting needle that was about a foot long,the diameter is about a 1/4 in. Cut it to about 6 inches long.The point is easy to slip a skirt band on then just slide it to the opposite end.I roll up my skirt material and stick it in the hollow end of the needle as far as I need to then just finish sliding the skirt band off the end and onto the skirt.Nothing brilliant but it works.

I am guessing this looks a lot like the Wackly Rig Tool I have seen for sale.

Seems to me if you could put a slot onto the wide end, it would even slip over hooks.
