:-* Ok this is still kind of a work in progress but I thought I'd share. My little brother gave me what he thought was a snake lure of mine. It looked exactly like Doug Hannon's snakes but it wasn't even a lure! Has anyone ever seen those real stretchy, sticky toys that kids get from those quarter machines? Some have stretchy hands, bugs, etc. This one was a snake that had lost all of it's stickiness. I threw it in the sink to see if it floated and what do you know!?!? It floats! I'm not sure it it will float with a 5/0 hook in it but it looks like Doug's snakes, it coils like them, and it seems to be made of the same material. I'll try it out as soon as I can go fishing and let you know how it goes!

I can see it now at every toy machine a bunch of bass fishermen and ladies putting in their quarters!  :shocking:  lo

seen in a texas fishing magazine cpl yrs ago where they went to walmart and in the kids toys section bought a small bag of insects and snakes and lizzards for 80-90 cents each (had quite a few in each bag) and they were using them for bassfishing and having great luck
