Never, the tidal rivers never freeze up here.

they can creel but it takes a pretty freakin cold winter to do so. Ive seen the potomac at the 301 bridge froze over, but that was like 10 years ago atleast.

we will have to hook up sometime and hit the water when it gets warm-ish again
