Problems with the used boats sale company

Recently I have bought a Nitro nx882 used to Spain. The boat has came from Houston. In the boat announcement of  Internet (I conserve a copy) they announced spare wheel. I asked for it preveusly because I didn't see in the pics of the boat. They said to me that they would give one but after paying it the boat It has arrive without spare tire   at Spain. I feel deceived. The boat's salesman  comments to me that he w't send any spare tire to me because the shipping cost is expensive. It is not my fault. It is unjust, I would like to  know what  can I do.

If you have something in writing you can always report them to the Better Business Bureau in Houston.
