Use a soft sided CD case.

I like to use a tri-fold one.

Slide your spinnerbaits into the see through sleeves (CD holder). They hold into the sleeve very well, and you can flip through your selection and find the one you want quickly. I have also put 2 or so in one sleeve.

When I'm done, I fold it together (tri-fold booklet or could use a smaller two page book) and the velcro holds the whole package together very well closed or zipper style.

With the tri-fold case I can hold 45+ spinnerbaits; 8 baits per page or more if doubled up, 4 or 8 baits on front of page and 4 or 8 on the back of the page.

These don't take up much room either; like a plastic tackle box does, and no more tangled up lures. Works great to fit just about anywhere in the boat or tackle bag.

I got my CD case at wally world for around $10.
