NEW BIKE..If purchasing a new bike for a child. insert a photo of them, with their name and phone number inside the handle bars before adding the grips. Can be used as proof of ownership / ID the owner, if bike is stolen, and then recovered. Can also be used by Authorities to make contact with, in case of an emergency.
