Need a quick, cheap, and easy drill stop to keep you from drilling through the bottom of your boat?

Wrap several layers of electrical tape around the bit where you want it to stop :-*!

when drilling crete i wil leave a tail on the tape so that it fans the powdered crete out of the way so that you can get the tape to the crete

If you have acces to some rubber blocks to put on the bit,this also helps stop the bit at the right depth.
