Quinebaug River 9/10/06 Bass Fishing Report

Hit the river yesterday and did really well. Got only 2 smallies, but landed 15 largemouth. Water temp was 69 and the air was 75 with bluebird skys. All fish were hitting finnesse jigs in 5-8ft of water with rocks being the target of choice.

Way to go hejustbassin.....17 fish looks like the fish are getting into their fall pattern.....thanks for the report........

Good going out there.  The Quinebaug in the fall especially late fall can be awesome.

Hit the river again today and found mostly small smallies. Got this one however. She went 3.5lbs All fish were in 4ft of water by boulders and hit a watermelon jig.
