September 18.  Elevation 4 ft. below normal, water 83 and clear. Largemouth and smallmouth bass fair on plastic baits at 10-15 ft. off the points. Striped and white bass fair to good on sassy shad, topwaters and live bait from the surface to 20 ft. with the fish still scattered across the lake. Channel and blue catfish fair on cut shad and stinkbait at 5-15 ft. around riprap. Crappie and sunfish fair on minnows, jigs and worms at 5-10 ft. in Widow Moore Creek, Kansas Creek and the south dike area. All other fishing is slow. All boaters should use extreme caution while operating on the lake due to the low lake level. Report submitted by Danny Clubb, game warden stationed in Bryan County.
