September 25. Elevation 3 ft. below normal, water 81 and clear.  Largemouth bass fair on soft plastic lures at 10-20 ft. around rocky points. Crappie fair on minnows at 10-20 ft. around cedar brush.  Report submitted by Larry Luman, game warden stationed in Atoka County.
